The IMPACT manger is constantly in communication with the home office by use of voice mail, pagers, cell phones, two way radios and e-mail. IMPACT management understands the communication is the key to fast response that equals top efficient management.

The IMPACT Manager's Requirements

IMPACT realizes that real estate management laws are constantly changing. We keep up with the changes. The IMPACT manager is required:

  • To have a minimum of four years college.
  • To attend three real estate seminars or two continuing education classes in real estate management for each year of employment
  • To attend two trade shows each year to stay current with new products and services within the real estate field.
  • To have or pursue a Registered Apartment Management (RAM) Certification.
